In 2017-2018, Maka Consulting engaged with a therapeutics company in Boston to architect, design, and implement an AWS based integration solution to connect the company's sales and leads platform (Salesforce with Veeva), marketing platform, trial systems, as well as partner providers. As part of this initiative, the team developed integration components to integrated with the AWS API services, on demand compute services, and no SQL database and S3 storage solutions.
In 2018, Maka Consulting architected, designed, and implemented a Facilities Management System for the Federal Agency. This system integrated with the organizations IBM Maximo system to facilitate both Facilities Projects and Work Orders leveraging the power of the ServiceNow Platform. In addition, the team developed an easy to use Service Portal to facilitate work on both Desktop and Mobile devices using responsive design.
In 2018-2020, Maka Consulting lead the architecture and implementation of an integrated resource management system to support coordinated efforts to address resourcing of incidents managed by the US along with individual states. This resource management system provided full lifecycle support in the distribution of supplies, resources, contractors, and assets.
In 2019-2020, Maka Consulting assessed, road-mapped, and supported a Configuration Management program with the Technical Support organization that serviced Airlines and Airports globally. As part of our strategy, we developed a repeatable and sustainable architecture to drive consistent IT services for the business.
Our team members developed a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) architecture strategy for a Federal Agency to drive better efficiency for individuals. The team developed a solution that leveraged the platform to streamline the background assessment process by tying together multiple interfaces and providing reports to identify individuals in process as well as provide reporting statistics.
Maka Consulting provided the technical leadership in support of developing a ServiceNow product for an Identity Management provider. The product was successfully launched into the ServiceNow store and is deployed to over a 100 different customer sites.
Maka Consulting is currently engaged with a Partner to provide Data Fabric and Data Mesh Architecture services for the Armed Forces organization. The capability model leverages Apache and Open Source solutions deployed into a Containerized environment.
